This peach mango banana raspberry smoothie is a yummy drink with a slightly tropical flair mixed with a little Southern goodness. 

Peach Mango Banana Raspberry Smothie

Ingredients

  • 1 yellow peach, quartered and seed removed

  • 1 very ripe banana

  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries, plus a little extra

  • 1/2 cup frozen mango, plus a little extra

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk

  • 2 tsp. lemon juice

  • 1 tsp. granulated sugar

Directions

  • Place all of the ingredients into a blender except for the little extra raspberry and mango. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and top with the extra raspberry and mango. Enjoy!

Notes:

  •  You can use either all fresh fruit or all frozen fruit if you prefer. Just know that all fresh fruit will lead to a thinner drink and all frozen fruit leads to something closer to ice cream. 
  •  Swap out the coconut milk for whole milk or 2% milk if you prefer. I haven’t tried it with any other type of milk but feel free to experiment and tell us how it turned out below.
  • The lemon juice makes the smoothie a little tart which I love, but you can add more or less or omit it completely.
